- Your Consolidated Salary will be as per neogotiations with HR department, expierence. You are provided only free of cost bachelor accommodation, food expenses (Mess), Transport or petrol expenses at site will be decided project to project basis.
- Joining of duty at site will be your scope and company will not pay any expenses for this purpose.
- At the time of joining duty, please bring with you for our records-certified copies of your all certificates and testimonials, and three copies of your recent passport size photographs. You also need to furnish a No Objection Certificate from your previous employer if you are presently employed.
- The management may, at any time terminate your services with one month notice and without requiring to give any reason therefore. In the event of such termination, you will be entitled only to receive dues up to the date on which your services are terminated and you shall not be entitled to any sum as compensation or otherwise in respect of termination of your services. At any time if you desire to leave our organization, you are requested to give us two month advance notice in writing.
- You are not entitled to join company of our clients till six months after the date of leaving the GISPL.
- Two month Salary will be deposited by company against your two month advance notice period of leaving as a security. Two month salary will be released after compleion of notice periods. If you leave the company without notice period then all dues and salary of two months will be forfeited by the company considering your act is immoral and might create problem to company at site where you were deployed. Company might have to pay heavy cost for immediate arrangement of site engineer in place of you.
- Our organization reserves its right, as its discretion to transfer at anywhere in India. In the event of transfer at any other place, you will be entitled only bachelor accommodation and you will not be entitled any other remuneration, allowance, compensation or other sum respect thereof.
- Your hours of work shall be such as may be notified from time to time by the company.
- Notwithstanding anything herein contained, any breach of company’s rules and regulations as any instances of misconduct of any description whatsoever on your part may entail instant dismissal with forfeiture of the right of notice or salary in lieu thereof. In the event of dismissal under the terms and conditions of this clause, you will be entitled to your dues up to and including the date of dismissal.
- You will devote your full time, efforts, skill and intelligence solely to your duties in this organization and to the furtherance of the organization’s interest. Apart from your usual duty, your activities will also extend to any kind of work as may be required by the circumstances. You shall not, either during continuance of employment hereunder or thereafter, except in the proper course of your duties, divulge any of the affairs or secrets of the organization to any person, organization or organizations, nor shall you use or attempt to use any information which may injure or cause loss or be calculated to injure or cause loss to this organization.
- You are appointed as per HR department and you will be holding a post of confidence and trust. You shall, at all times maintain complete secrecy about the company’s business efforts, inventions, special techniques, secret process and the like which may have come to your knowledge during the period of your employment. In case management finds you divulging any of the confidential information or business secrets to outsiders, the management will be at liberty to terminate your services by way of loss of confidence and your all dues and remaining salary will be forfeited against this act.
- While you are in employment of the organization, you shall not directly or indirectly enter into, carry on, or help any activity, trade, commerce, business or industry whatsoever and endeavor to do your best to promote the company’s interest.
- Any invention or discovery made by you or with your assistance during the employment shall belong to and shall be the absolute property of the firm.
- You shall be required to produce a certificate of physical fitness from competent doctor/Medical officer and school leaving certificate or any other acceptable evidence regarding your age and qualifications. You have to submit attested copy of pan card for accounting purposes.
- In matters not herein specified, you will be governed by rules of the management, as are in force from time to time.
- Any correspondence in connection with this should be done only with the Mumbai Branch Office at G-151, Dreams Mall, Bhandup (W), Mumbai-400078. Your address as mentioned in this appointment letter will be treated as the correct address for sending your communications unless changed by written intimation by you and any communication (s) addressed to you at the above address shall be deemed to have been correctly served.
- You have been offered employment on the basis of information given by you and in the event this information is found to be false or you have suppressed any material fact, your services will be liable for immediate termination, in addition to and without prejudice to whatever right of the action the organization may have against you.
- Please sign and returns the duplicate copy of this letter to signify your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
- Any dispute arising out of the above employment contract is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
- You will automatically retire subjected to government rules applicable to private limited companies.
